I am a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, and documentarian, exploring the relationship between mental health and ritual. My practice emerges from self examination and social documenting, often in the form of photography, video, installations, and performance.

I graduated from Howard University in 2011—the year Washington DC’s headlines announced it was no longer Chocolate City—and moved back home to Detroit just before the city declared bankruptcy.

Today, I spend a lot of time waiting for the bus, walking to the river, and shooting.

Currently googling Black queer radical feminism, low-key US beaches, alternative archiving, cheap round trip flights to Lagos, and here we are again memes.
